To Know Jesus And To Make Him Known
Welcome—we’re Debbie and John.
We are an ordinary people loving the most extraordinary and merciful Saviour.
We are a husband-and-wife team called to serve God’s church with faith, integrity, and a heart for the nations. Our journey has included worship, teaching, missions, church planting, and pastoral care—always with the desire to see God’s Kingdom advance in every place and context.
Here you’ll find ministry videos that capture a few of these moments—worship, preaching, baptisms, and more. Debbie’s ministry reflects her heart for worship and equipping the next generation. John’s ministry is rooted in teaching and missions, alongside his full-time vocation as a chef and his experience in Business as Mission—where hospitality, work, and faith come together to serve both church and community. Together, we share a passion to strengthen the body of Christ across cultures and denominations.
Our prayer is that as you watch these videos and stories, you’ll glimpse God’s faithfulness in our journey—and feel invited into His greater story.
Jesus loves you and welcomes you. He is the only Way, the Truth and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through Him. (John 14:6)
Purpose
To glorify God by encountering Jesus, adoring Him in worship, and proclaiming Him to the world.
Mission
Through the Spirit-led rhythm of mission and worship, we lead people to Christ, nurture them in joyful worship, and send them to share His love—so that others may be drawn into His kingdom and shaped into His likeness.
Vision
To see every person and every community encounter the risen Christ, be transformed into His likeness, and join in the eternal worship of God’s kingdom.
As we share the good news of Jesus with the world and gather in worship before His throne, we experience a glimpse of God’s eternal kingdom that is being fulfilled in Christ (Psalm 96:3–4; Revelation 7:9–10)
This graphic reflects our heart for the Christian journey: through mission, people encounter Jesus. Those who respond and choose to follow Him are welcomed into the joy and privilege of worship Him. From worship flows a renewed longing to share Him with others—leading us again into mission. It is a gracious and inseparable rhythm of encountering, adoring, and proclaiming Jesus—shaping us into His likeness and drawing others into His kingdom.
We believe in the Word of God, the Bible, which is fully and verbally inspired by the Holy Spirit. The Scriptures are the ultimate authority in all matters of faith and life (2 Timothy 3:16; 2 Peter 1:21).
We believe in the Trinity—that there is one living and true God, existing eternally in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—who fulfill distinct but harmonious roles in creation, providence, and redemption (Matthew 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14; Acts 2:32–33).
We believe in God the Father, who is infinite, personal, holy, wise, powerful, and loving. We trust that He governs our lives, hears and answers prayer, and saves all who come to Him through Jesus Christ from sin and death (John 3:16; Psalm 145:18).
We believe in Jesus Christ, the only Son of God. He was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, performed miracles, and taught with authority. We believe in His substitutionary death, bodily resurrection, ascension, ongoing intercession for His people, and His personal and visible return to earth (Luke 1:31, 35; John 1:14; Romans 5:8; 1 Corinthians 15:3–4).
We believe in the Holy Spirit, who convicts the world of sin, righteousness, and judgment, and who regenerates, sanctifies, and empowers all who believe in Jesus Christ. We believe that the Holy Spirit dwells within us as an abiding helper, teacher, and guide (John 14:16–17, 26; John 16:8; Romans 8:11, 14–17; Acts 1:8).
We believe in regeneration. All people are sinners in need of God’s forgiveness, but those who repent and trust in Jesus Christ are saved by grace and become children of God, with the promise of eternal life through the work of the Holy Spirit (John 3:3–7, 16–18; Galatians 3:26; Titus 3:5; Ephesians 2:8).
We believe in the Church as the body of Christ, of which all believers are members. Our primary task is to reach the world with the message of God’s love and redemption (1 Corinthians 12:27; Matthew 28:19–20; Ephesians 2:19–22, 4:15–16).
We believe in Christian living. We strive to live for God’s glory and the well-being of others, to manage responsibly all God has entrusted to us, and to pursue maturity in Christ by spending time with God, connecting in community, serving others, living generously, and reaching the lost (Romans 12:1–2; Colossians 3:17; 1 Thessalonians 5:16–18; 2 Corinthians 9:6–8).
We believe in the ordinances of the Church. Baptism and the Lord’s Supper are means by which we remember Christ’s death, and we commit to observing them until His return (Matthew 28:19; 1 Corinthians 11:23–26).
We believe in the last things. We believe in the personal and visible return of Jesus Christ, the resurrection of the body, the final judgment, the eternal joy of the righteous, and the everlasting punishment of the wicked (Matthew 25:31–46; Revelation 20:11–15).
